Sylvia Mills

Sylvia Mills

Sylvia saw a niche in the Western Australian tourism market in 2000 for luxury personalised small group tours.
To explore isolated locations in outback WA and not so isolated in luxury 4WD vehicles.
Although she’s travelled to many different countries around the world including Europe, Asia, US and UK her most memorable travels have been with in Australia. Visiting all our states and territories.
Western Australia is Sylvia’s heart beat and passion.
Being bought up on a large sheep farm at Esperance on the south east coast and educated in Perth 750Km or 466 miles away. Travelling through the country side returning home or going back to school or nursing she witness seasonal changes through the wheat belt and regional bushland.
And is now touring WA for the last 20 years with guests on board and sharing her passion of the terrain and regions. The spectacular coast lines and the mystery and magic of inland Western Australia.
Our team all have a similar passion for Western Australia and delight in sharing their knowledge and experiences.
Sylvia thrives on further researching the various aspects of a destination and putting together multi-layered travel itineraries based on the interests, needs and expectations of her traveller.
She creates journeys that include a good mix of activities that stimulate the mind and body, and soothe your soul.
Whether your preference is to meet off the Indian Pacific and take a tour south to Margaret River Albany Esperance Kalgoorlie or head north to Exmouth and Broome, enjoy food and wine tasting, scenic flights over Pink Lake Hillier, Cruises, Glamping, sunset drinks on the beach, swim with the whale sharks, walk on the pristine beaches.
Sylvia enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences to assist you in creating some very special memories of your very own.

Graeme Walter

Graeme Walter

Having been born in WA in 1949 to parents who valued education, were interested in local history and who loved the great outdoors it is no surprise that I have a love for my home state- its diversity, natural beauty and rich history. In terms of history I am delighted to see the transition from the focus of history being on the period of European settlement to the broader tens of thousands of years since the arrival of the First Australians.
Of particular interest is the native fauna and flora. My wife Pamela and I are supporters of the Australian Wildlife Conservancy, a WA based organisation that is doing wonderful work in reintroducing endangered wildlife to protected wilderness areas. As a child I have fond memories of watching the rock wallabies performing their acrobatics on the cliffs of the Murchison River gorge near Kalbarri. For decades they have been locally extinct due to predation but due to such organisations as AWC we will soon be able to experience the joy of seeing them again. Pamela and I also have a keen interest in WA wildflowers and make regular trips in spring to the hotspots in the Perth hills, to the wheatbelt rocky outcrops and the National Parks such as Stirling Range and Fitzgerald River which have a diversity of flowering plants unmatched in the world.
I am retired from teaching but enjoy volunteering (helping migrants with conversation English), coaching children’s sport, doing occasional relief teaching or bus driving and showing friends and tourists the wonderful sights of Perth and beyond.
